“What a fabulous Hotel! From the minute we arrived, the warm welcome we got from Reception, especially Billy, was great, it's not something you see so often anymore. You truly felt like you were appreciated for staying there. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. “A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. ”

“I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.”

“The location is superb, very near to Lime Street Station and main shops. The front desk lady is accommodating and the service was good. Just be aware that if your room is on the top floor, you will need to carry your luggages and climb up stairs. For top floor, there is no heating in the room.”

Staff very helpful and help me with parking where to go. And such a good add on if want late check out. Can’t recommend enough for friends couples or families. ”
