「The hotel has a problem with Expedia (or the other way around) that needs some attention quick! When you make a reservation, you will see (and pay!) one amount for your whole stay …. but when you get to the hotel, you’ll find that you have an outstanding balance (of about $500 usd)!! Expedia says that is an issue that you have to take up with the hotel, and the hotel says that’s Expedia problem. In a nutshell: it’s the costumer problem. In my opinion it’s an Expedia problem and they NO interest...

「Great place, convenient and quiet. We were there off season and had place to ourselves, looks like they’re doing a bunch of work so will def have to come back this winter 」

「The unit (kitchen, bath, bed room, living room) is excellent; clean and stocked with basic necessities. Right outside my unit were old railings and furniture which could be removed and area cleared of debris, but overall the property was great. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, and a breath taking view, whether sunny or rainy. 」

「Pros: great location in nature next to the water, excellent pool, very clean linens, kind staff Cons: non potable water (showers and drinking water at trunks bay 30 min away), restricted airflow through cabin, stairs, not actually in a tree ;)」

「The staff was wonderful; the rooms were very clean and had a lovely view. Going to sleep to the sound of waves was amazing! We would definitely stay again. The only minor con was that the walls seemed kind of thin—could hear neighbors a lot. 」

「This place is a little slice of heaven. We slept beautifully with our AC on at night while listening to the buzz of the island life around us. The staff were incredible and stopped by every day to see if we needed anything. Our view of White Bay was INCREDIBLE. Perfect spot for 2 couples with our own sections of the villa, king sized beds, kitchen. We WILL be back!!」

「Our stay at the Aerial BVI was exceptional. The property is breathtaking, the staff is so kind and cater to your every need. The island has such a special purpose and meaning behind it bad we were so happy to experience it. We took advantage of the horseback riding, spa treatments, night glass bottom kayak ride.
