康特拉科斯塔县的公寓式酒店

“We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little details, like plenty of extra coffee and Keurig pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and other essentials. Everything was well stocked and made the stay feel easy and welcoming. You can tell the host really thought about what guests might need. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Fantastic place and so comfortable and convenient location. Great communication and community! Thank you!”

“Great location and well maintained, safe property. The beds were especially comfortable :)”

“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……

“The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“Great apartment with modern amenities and parking right in downtown WC. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“The condo is located in the heart of downtown. Making everything walkable and very convenient. It is a clean, comfortable place and the host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!”

“This was my first vrbo booking and I am very pleased that it went so well. This was the ideal location for our activities and this unit of the property was truly luxurious. Everything from the modern appliances and supplies to the tri-touch lighting and ceiling fans in the bedroom, was a treat. The host was very responsive when engaged. I hope to rebook again for our next visit to the area.”

“The upgrade was nice. Sheets on the hide a bed and towels were not clean.”

“**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. Sensitive guests should consider staying elsewhere.Bedding was fully synthetic and……

“Great location. Host was terrific. It would have been helpful to have more info on hand about parking, garbage, TV, etc.”

“Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am. The kicker - maintenance person lives right next store to our unit. We shared a wall!!!!!! I bugged……

“All good, great location very quiet tucked away little apartment complex. No complaints at all.”

“Great spot and host! The check-in process was surprising, especially travelling with kids. Seemed like a lot to do with the security lock, navigate building, grab garage opener, park and re-navigate building. It was late, though, and I was tired. Not complaining just offering our experience.”

“Great apartment near everything. Clean and comfortable. Communication to solve a couple of minor issues was quick and helpful. Would stay here again!”

“Very nice very quaint good views”
