「Everything was nice and clean along with all utilities and necessities.」

「Wonderful rental! Quiet, clean, open and spacious. We loved everything about it! Great neighborhood to walk our dogs, too.」

「Great house, lots of room for large crowd. My only complaint was when we were barbecuing for visiting family for dinner, the barbecue tank was completely empty which meant a rushed trip to Canadian Tire and 20.00 in order to cook supper. The listing states we could get in at 2:30 and the host had it set for 3 but did allow us in. The listing also stated full tank for barbecue.」

「Great location for our family gathering. Close to Alliston and Beeton. Some noise from upstairs but overall would recommend. Very clean and spacious. Bed is low to the ground and small, other room was more of a single bed. Dining and living room was nice and clean with all necessary amenities. 」

「Very nice clean property, with available necessary amenities, in quiet neighborhood. Smooth communications with easy Check-In and Check-Outs. Not an issue for us, but listings needs to be corrected to state ONE QUEEN BED in each bedroom; not the listed 2 Queen Beds in each room. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank You.」

「It would have been more welcoming if there would have been coffee, tea and water available so you don’t have to go looking for a place to buy it. The deck area was not clean, the tables and chairs were dirty. The second bedroom should have a more comfortable bed. There was a very musty smell throughout the whole house. The house was nice and clean. If everything above is looked after I would stay there again if I came back to Alliston.」

「The owner had removed the property and we apparently booked with some kind of zombie account. VRBO had not validated the listing but kept communicating everything was good to go. VRBO did book our party of nine hotel rooms. These were over a half hour from the property and no where near the beach. We had no facility to prepare the food we had brought and were forced to eat at restaurants the whole weekend. 「Aiden was extremely friendly and assisted us throughout our stay. His quick response and attention to our requirements made our stay enjoyable. The unit was clean, neaty and tidy, and had the amenities we required for our stay. The bed was very comfortable that we didn't want to get out of bed. All in all, would recommend for a quiet weekend away.」

「We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice.」

「This is a great location for groups of adults. Lots of rooms -5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and good space to all gather in the open concept living/dining and kitchen area. The only downside was no backyard space as the community is still being developed and the back is an open constructions way. So if outdoor space is a priority this wouldn’t be a good option, at least until the yards are complete. On the others hand, being a new build everything is clean and new. 」
