“Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect, staff, cleanliness, amenities. The only con was the cell service on property. We were informed we needed to connect to the WiFi. That fixed the problem, but it was spotty in some areas.
We would definitely stay there again. ”

Staff are amazing clean rooms.this hotel takes care of the people staying with them .I know i jave been here at this hotel a 3 weeks due to a family emergency and we have been taking care of and also cr eated bunds with staff they go over and beyond for you .The pool is amazing not over crowded they have 2 grocery stores next to the hotel they have microwave fridge the gym and laundry on site thahas helped me ”

“I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. There was a small discrepancy in the booking amount (literally two cents!) that temporarily prevented me from checking in, despite having made my reservation four months in advance.
Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating……
