“Interesting hotel built around the stages and rehearsal spaces for the park. Prices were a bit steep from PA but OK - there is supply and demand. Staff was gracious, and friendly. We were arriving with limited time to dress for a black tie wedding - 25 min away and the front desk helped us get into our rooms...thank you. The kitchen closes early on Sat night - leaving a limited menu. Does not make sense as there were over a dozen guests looking at the menu at 10PM and later. So recommend to……

“The description does not match the actual property. I had a major issue in the room. The front desk agent was very helpful. He assured me that I would be refunded for the stay as I was unable to remain there. I commented him on trying his best. There is a lack of cleanliness that I’m accustomed too when paying a premium rate.”

“There’s no one there to meet you there’s no one there to help you. You have to do everything by key codes and passes to some people they might think that’s great. For me I couldn’t open my emails because I have a Canadian account and for some reason it wasn’t working. I found a lovely cleaning lady and she helped me. There’s no elevators so if you’re elderly, don’t go. I’m old-fashioned. I’d like to meet a person. I went out to my car to get something left my cell phone inside, which had……

“The staff was friendly. The grounds around the B& B are well taken care of. I would recommend it if your looking for a nice place to stay in the area..”

“Room was horrible. Smelled of smoke. Stained sheets and towels. Carpet had ripples in it (trip hazard). People around hotel were scary.”

“Good for a short stay if you are on a budget. I was in town just for the night to see a concert (the motel is 3.8 miles from Hershey Park and Giant Center). Outside looks run down, but the room was clean and comfortable. No frills, just your basic amenities (tv, wi-fi, etc.). Air conditioner worked great and the room was pretty quiet. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing big. They have a pool, but it looked like it was closed.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”……

“Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. It doesn't break the bank, but provides a clean, inviting……
