"Super nice property, great pools. The hotel was nice enough to let us check in early since our flight was early. Parking was not easy but that’s common for downtown San Diego. Our room never really got cool- even with a/c set to 65. The comforter and sheets were not the best, kinda thin and came apart easily when moving around in bed. The in room coffee maker was not great plus only two coffee pods, but there was a Starbucks in the lobby that we used instead. Overall was a nice place and I would stay here again. "
"There is 5% fee associated when you eat out to make up for wage increases. That’s not really fair- especially with what they charge for rooms and food/beverages. Beds were okay. Service was slow in the firefly but food was good when it got to us. The bartender was great ( shaved head gentleman) and quick. Beware of park view rooms. The park is very busy/active with people outside your door till late in the night. Paid extra for park view- will skip that next time and pay for Bayview. Also- they no longer have buffet for purchase like the pictures suggest. "

"Beds were super comfortable. Some things were a little out dated. The staff was amazing, they let us check in way early which helped ease the stress of our day for a wedding we had to go to. Overall great stay!"
