Most convenient location in Corpus

The property was very clean and well kept and the location is close to everything you might want to do in Corpus. The surrounding neighborhood is not the greatest but don't let that deter you. Parking is a little limited but never presented a real problem either.

Nice quiet duplex

This is a duplex. The house rules require quiet time and it was quite peaceful. Would recommend.

Better Details

I believe it should say split home duplex! Specifically put unit 1 front door unit 2 side door. Both have own kitchen and bathroom. Elders living in back on premises. Great for a quick weekend for runners in the area
