「El hotel es un lugar comodo y muy limpio con un excelente servicio al cliente, desde el hotel se puede caminar al parque central e ir a los museos o restaurantes, es un area segura, calles bien iluminadas por la noche, si vuelvo a tener la oportunidad de visitar la Antigua me volveria a quedar ahi.」

No se respetó la reservación y cuando nos pudimos comunicar por teléfono con el responsable nos envió a otro alojamiento Casa Alicia, que tiene condiciones bastante deplorables para recibir a los huéspedes. Alojamiento muy sucio y las camas en muy mal estado. Nos tuvimos que salir a buscar otro sitio para dormir que fue Posada de la Luna. Fue una experiencia desagradable. 「Absolutely amazing! Location: Not in the heart of Antigua but close enough to everything. City is incredibly safe with cameras and emergency buttons. Staff: Kind, understanding and accommodating. The sweetest people! Hotel: breakfast is included and it was hearty and delicious. Room is simple and spacious; ours did not include AC but nothing a little crack of a window can’t fix. 」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
