The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. We had a 2 bedroom/shared living room which was comfortably with a beautiful view of the slopes; be aware there's only 1 toilet although 2 showers/bath for multiple people. Rooms are a little dated. Very nice buffet breakfast with croissants, cheese, eggs, meats, lox, fruit etc, but gets a little hectic at times. Overall was a very nice experience at the hotel.

The hotel staff were super friendly and were one of the main reasons I would considered staying at another Fahrenheit seven location. The hotel in total however was disappointing. As someone else has mentioned the reception is on the 3rd floor which although is common in city hotels there is only one small lift which makes getting there really tricky at most times of the day. You need to go to reception for breakfast and to go to the ski room, so it’s an important location which is a pain to reach. The hotel overall needs a good spruce up. The carpets are old and dirty, especially the one in the main lift which is your first impression of the hotel. It really needs a good clean in most areas to make up for the price tag. The rooms were really nice and clean, but for the price I would have expected a shower in the bathroom. There is a gondola right outside which makes the location great!

great location ski in out access to slopes ,Room overlooking slopes cosy hotel with very nice dining and bar area fine food but limited menu if you go for half board ,staff tried to delivery the best service however some errors due to inexperience. Rooms comfortable and clean hallways and corridors lacked maintenance .

Very rude staff they are not willing to help accommodate . It seemed the only thing they were interested in was getting my money and making it very clear that nothing was refundable.

However, we will add an advice for your next vacation : making a booking means accept the cancellation policy. You should read them before being offended because our staff respects it.Please know as well, that we always prefer make an exception to our guests who are friendly and cordial ; not to a guest who raise the voice on our staff and try by all ways to obtain a refund : as you tried telling us that you had the Covid after 10 minutes passed to negociate in reception...Regards,

Extremely unpleasant management very rude. They do not care to accommodate . Apartment rooms are maintained horrible they are very dirty and have a horrible smell. This hotel has one goal and one goal only take your money. Do not make a the mistake of leaving anything in your room it will be discarded without notice. Contacted the hotel less than 30 minutes after I left the room. They said sorry we threw out your belongings which included a phone charger and hair gel. Also do not book any transportation threw this hotel. They tag on a fee for the trouble of calling a taxi for you. STAY away from this hotel. All around rating scale 1-10 10 being great 1 being horrible. I’d say -5 this place is a dump

Dear Robert, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to read that you find the managment rude because we just respected our cancellation policy. Indeed, as we inform you when you book a room in our hotel, we will not refund any stay if you need to shorten it. That is what we explained you directly at the front desk. We invite you to pay more attention to the cancellation policy of the establishment you will book for your next stay.We are sorry to learn that you didn't enjoy the apartment (the room type you booked actually) ; that's why we offered you to change room to stay in a double hotel room ; what you accepted and enjoyed.However, we apologize regarding the loss of your stuff. There was for sure a misunderstanding with the communication in the housekeeping service as the chambermaids didn't know that you changed room only. Indeed, your adapter was not find in your first room. I want to remind you that's why I offered you one of our that we usually borrow to our guests. We hope that you had a nice way back home.Regards,

Not a 4 star property. It is a 2 star. Check in at 5 PM and check out at 10 AM. Totally ridiculous!

Dear Alexander, Thank you for your feedback.It is very rude to judge our four star hotel as a two star hotel regarding only our check-in and check-out times. Moreover, I want to remind you that you enjoyed your room immediately when you checked-in... and you checked-in at 3pm with me :)Please know as well, that those hours are the classic ones in mountain hospitality because of the size of the rooms and the time requirred to clean them.We wish you to find another non-ridiculous hotel for your next vacation.Regards,

Rooms were small and cozy with enough storage for your ski stuff without it being under your feet. Location very good indeed. Breakfast was disappointing with a slightly chaotic feel to it at peak times. Didn’t appear to be enough staff and there was no element of service. This put us off having dinner at the property so we went and dined out locally. Sauna and steam room very basic but functional. Slightly disappointed for what we paid compared with other ski hotels, albeit in other resorts.

You contacted our reservation team to cancel your eighth room and we explained to you that only Expedia is able to cancel reservations that have been made through the platform.When you arrived in our hotel, my colleague at the front desk couldn't cancel your reservation. Therefore, she did just follow the guidelines. She explained the Expedia cancellation policy, called our reservation team to have the details of all the bookings and offered you to contact the Expedia Team. She even went through the terms of each one of your booking to ensure that you understood which board corresponded to which room. We are sorry that you contested all those terms at your check-out and declined to pay until we checked correctly all confirmations one by one.For your next bookings, we advice you to book through the hotel website or booking department directly in order to give the hotel the opportunity to modify your booking or just being more flexible regarding the cancellation policy. Très déçu globalement
Expérience globale très decevante pour un 4*. Si l'accueil et le petit déjeuner sont à la hauteur du standing, la qualité de la prestation s'arrête là. Déjà pénible d'entrer et sortir de cet hotel avec un ascenseur unique et un escalier qui vous emmene dans des couloirs interminables, chambre petite, confort du canapé lit à revoir, pas de gym etc... Bref ce n'est pas un cauchemar mais je ne le recommenderais pas.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación delante de las pistas. El personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. Pero, las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y se oye todo el ruido de la calle (el propio hotel tiene un local de copas abajo y se escucha todo el ruido). Lo peor fué es personal del desayuno, despreocupados y sin ningun interes por atender bien al cliente. Poca variedad, no reponen nada, retiran el desayuno antes de la hora, parece que te estan haciendo un favor al servirte....

We loved the location, being so close to the lifts, and the service regarding the ski hire, where the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were in the heart of the village, so the shops and restaurants were within steps of the hotel. It was the perfect hotel for our holiday.

Fabulous location and service culture.
Fabulous stay, but please, please install English language TV. Otherwise I highly recommend Fahrenheit Seven. Fantastic service culture with no request too difficult. Great hotel and management.

Ski trip
Weekend skiing trip with friends which was excellent. Second time we have stayed at the hotel. The staff are friendly and service was very good.

hotel is not what they promote in tue pictures, the cleaning has to be improved. The breakfast is very bad, seems like an improvision ... the room is ok however the bath is ridiculous... no water volume and pressure for a bath after hours of skiing .. I dont recommend it...

The Staff is friendly and are always ready to help. My dissapointment was with the hotel itself, which for me is not more than a 3 stars hotel. 4 stars is overated for Fahrenheit. Breakfast very poor, few options and cold food. Hotel is not as clean as it looks on the pictures. Security is bad, anyone can have acces to the room floors without beeing seen, directly from the street. The one elevator is small and overcrowded. Location is good.

Good location but not a well designed hotel. Reception is on level 3. Only 1 small lift to service the whole hotel. As a result you can stand waiting for the lift for ages. Toilet in bedroom is tiny. Some people would struggle to get into it and close the door behind them. Overpriced hotel.

Na primeira noite não dormimos por causa do som de uma festa no local. Ficamos no quarto abaixo da recepção e sala de jantar. Todos os dias a partir das cinco horas da manhã os funcionários começavam a trabalhar arrastando cadeiras e fazendo barulho que acordava a todos. Impossível continuar dormindo. O elevador: primeiro meu filho ficou preso e depois a minha esposa. Foi necessário acionar o alarme e um funcionário com chave destravou a porta. O fato foi tão grave e traumático que o corpo de bombeiros compareceu no hotel e lacrou o elevador. A opção de escada era impraticável, um labirinto. Tanto que funcionários colocaram avisos co setas indicando direção ( tudo isso registrado para eventuais providências com fotos). A recepção fica no terceiro andar e nos chegamos na portaria sem qualquer funcionário para auxiliar com malas e tudo mais. Os funcionários faziam o que podiam, eram até solícitos, mas o estrago já estava feito. A localização do hotel é excelente e quartos confortáveis, mas os incidentes acima narrados mancharam o conceito hotelar.
