This furnished, dual-aspect vacation apartment, located on the 4th floor (no elevator), offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the marina in Courseulles-sur-Mer. Recently renovated (2025) and fully equipped, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

You enter the apartment through the hallway, which leads to the various rooms.

On the left, the living area features a dining space with a table and chairs, a sofa bed (linens not provided), and a TV.

One bedroom with a 140-cm double bed. A travel crib is also available in the bedroom closet.

A staircase in the living room leads to a duplex bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a TV.

Included: Linens (bed sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), a welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag.

For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.
You’ll have the house all to yourself.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
