The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming house to 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 510 m². We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber) included and sofas.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and dining area.
- A veranda of about 18 m², facing South with dining area.
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 510 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the beach and the city center. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the house: walks or bike rides on the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, heated seawater pool, mini golf, horseback riding, trail, skate park, bowling, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum... We advise you to visit the beautiful market in the center on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle), in the courtyard or in the street in front of the house (free).
- Nearest train station: Caen, about 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet located at about 30 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted per stay), please specify when booking.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a clean state and for cleaning the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
