Our family of four loved our stay! The house is so beautiful and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We enjoyed being in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The owner and host were both extremely welcoming and were readily available.

Beautiful home for families that really want to explore San Miguel

Beautiful and interesting property with a fantastic pool. Very roomy and spacious for our family of five: two adults and three teenagers.

The house was great! We had everything we needed there. We LOVED having the pool all to ourselves! Ricardo was quick to respond with any questions. We rented a car and drove to the beach everyday. The snorkeling was so fun! We will definitely be back!!

Great Home, Great Host

This was our fist stay out of the county outside of a resort and we couldn’t be happier. The property is set up perfect for a group of adults and the location is close enough to all the things without having constant traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect home and host

We had a WONDERFUL stay here in Cozumel. Karen and Ricardo were unbelievably welcoming and helpful as hosts, and even helped us solve an issue we had with our rental car. The home was absolutely beautiful and well maintained, and they offered to have cleaners come part way through our stay as well. We'd gladly stay here or in another one of their properties anytime.

Great place

Beautiful place - better than pictures - lots of space. Pool is great - hung out there for many hours per day. Ended up renting a scooter to get around towards the end of our trip, found that better than cabs (easy to find next to Sam’s club which is 2 min walk away)

Fabulous!

Beautiful property! Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun or rain. Sunsets from the rooftop, easy to use kitchen, extra towels and bedding. We will be coming back again.

This is a great place to stay

The house is very nice and well maintained., and above all private and quiet. The terraces and pool add the finishing touches. Ricardo and Karen responded quickly you any questions I had. All in all it made for a nice relaxing vacation.

Cozumel Stay

A beautiful, well maintained property. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Loved the pool after a long day in town. About a 30 minute walk to downtown but very easy to get a taxi if you dont have a car. The grocery store was very close as well. Ricardo the propery manager was very helpful and available. Overall a lovely home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Adult family vacation

This house is comfortable and spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and have their own bathrooms and outdoor spaces. Great kitchen and it is close to grocery shopping and downtown. The rooftop provided sunrise and sunset vistas. Ricardo was responsive and right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed it

Cozumel vacay

We loved this property. It is beautiful, spacious and well outfitted. Enjoyed the patios off of each bedroom and star watching on the rooftop deck. It is near a grocery store and easy to connect with main thoroughfares. We did have persistent issues with hot water in the showers and toilets not returning to pressure over the four days of our stay which is the reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars.

Incredible stay!

The photos of this house don’t do it justice. From the well thought out design to the architectural details, we enjoyed this property so much! We felt incredibly safe, and walked to breakfast at the Maple Bakehouse daily. Our extensive communication with the owner and property manager was flawless from beginning to end. Their recommendations were spot on- especially dinner at MrTaco and a snorkeling trip with Mystic. We hope to return sooner than later!

Perfect for us

This home is very well maintained and furnished. Even the knives were sharp. It is minutes from town by scooter or taxi. The taxis are everywhere and are very inexpensive. Shout out to Ricardo, the property manager who lives right across the street. He responded immediately to all texts and gave great advice.

Amazing Yet Again

I stayed at this property in March and loved it so much I came back and stayed alone for 9 days. Being a Cozumel regular, the location is perfect, the property managers are responsive and attentive, the cleaning women and pool guy are caring and make sure you’re taken care of and the owners are beyond a joy to rent from. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s now my number one choice when I come to visit the island. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful House with Pool in Heart of San Miguel

Our stay was amazing and the house was as well equipped and as beautiful as the pictures demonstrate. Our only concern was that the blender needed to be replaced as it didn’t work well and leaked. I’m laughing as I write this as you can now tell our highest priority was making excellent frozen margaritas. We rented a scooter for the week and were able to go to every beach and check out multiple taquerias and shop for fresh produce during our stay. We would rent this space again and recommend it for families as there is ample room.

My Favorite Place to Stay

This was my third time staying at this property. It will always be my first choice when coming for some relaxation in Cozumel. Suzanne (the host) is an absolute delight to work with and Ricardo and Karen (the property management who will assist with anything and everything and are located literally across the street) are beyond friendly and helpful. This property works with Cozumel Chef so that you can order groceries to be delivered prior to your arrival so that once you’re at the house, you can immediately start your vacation. Absolutely recommend this home to everyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy all that Cozumel has to offer. I look forward to another stay soon and hopefully for longer than a week next time!

PERFECTION!

This beautiful house had it all! Plenty of space for our whole family to spread out, fully stocked kitchen (even beer and soda in the fridge when we arrived), and the most gorgeous pool. It was the perfect location-close to everything-and it was so nice to come home at the end of the day and hop in the pool or relax in the air conditioning. Suzanne was incredibly helpful with suggestions of activities and restaurants. Ricardo was great at making sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you for letting us borrow your magnificent home. Can't wait for next time!

Very nice comfy house

My son and his family with their 14 yr old daughter loved having the private pool. They found the house very comfy and well equipped for their needs. Being close to our house was a bonus as they could have their own space at times. They did not know that the washer was not working until Ricardo mentioned it on day 5.. as a past VRBO owner I would suggest having a house info book for recycling, garbage dates and general end of day requirement's so that the guests could do some pre prep for the cleaning crew before leaving. They did leave the cleaning crew a nice tip and some groceries. Would certainly refer this house again to family & friends.

Perfect place; Perfect location.

Our extended family of seven stayed at Suzanne’s home. Exceeded all expectations. Beautiful home in a quiet residential area where we felt completely comfortable walking to the numerous local restaurants all times of day and evening. Walk into main square is only an apx 30 min walk. Local bodega grocery store, which we went to several times, was only a five min walk. The way the home is laid out with all bedrooms being somewhat separated with each having their own full bathroom and private patio gave everyone plenty of space to retreat to. The property manager Ricardo promptly answered any questions we had or requests for recommendations. FYI for future guests…hot water for showers takes apx 3-4 min to warm up. Not a negative at all; just a heads up for people so they don’t think there is no hot water. Seriously a gorgeous place to stay…don’t hesitate booking. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Suzanne and Ricardo!

Relaxing getaway for Cozumel vacation

We loved being able to have a cool space with plenty of room to relax. With separate bedrooms and bathrooms, we could hang out together in the common spaces and get away from the hustle for a bit. We filled our days with fun adventures like seeing Mayan ruins, exploring caves, hiking, eating local restaurants, working on improving our Spanish, and snorkeling. So many fun things with easy access from the house. We will have to go back to finish exploring all the great places and meeting more wonderful, friendly people. We opted not to drive our first trip to Cozumel and instead relied on taxis. We found a taxi stop near the Sam's Club/Bodega Aurrera and discovered that we could walk West toward the tourist area to find a taxi on the few occasions when one wasn't immediately available.
