「Very nice hotel with easy access to snorkeling and diving. Confortable bed, nice spacious rooms with balcony. Friendly staff. The hotel has two restaurants but both serve the same food. That said, the food is good and they have a big menu. No convenience stores nearby nor shops but the taxi to the center is about 10 dollars. We had a great time. Would return and do recommend.」

「We went on vacation with a 2-year-old child. It is a small and calm hotel. Very clean, personnel very amiable and helpful. It is one of the few hotels in Cozumel that has a beautiful beach with white sand and no rocks. Very relaxing beach with plenty of shade, chairs, and hammocks. The family pool is very fun for kids. Different amenities every night. However, don’t expect luxuries in the hotel. The masseuse, Gloria, gave me an excellent massage, but the spa itself, leaves much to desire. The...

「We’ve been coming to the Westin every year and continue to enjoy our stay. It’s one of the nicest properties in Cozumel. It does have its share of opportunities because it is getting older and with the property on the water, it becomes harder to maintain. Overall though, the staff has continued to treat us very well. Huge thanks to Carlos the manager and Carlos the who served us at the pool. Looking forwards to coming back again next year. 」

「The staff was amazing and so helpful!!! You can not stay at a better resort in all of Cozumel for beauty and luxury! With that being said, the all inclusive food… not good! The buffets felt like frozen meals that were reheated and thrown out there. As the days grew e knew what not to get and it was still a good option to have for the days you don’t want to leave! I would recommend getting a buggy for a few days if you want to experience authentic Mexican food! I think we set our expectation too...

「The rooms are not fancy, but exactly what I look for in accommodations for a scuba diving trip. Rooms are clean and cool. The bar on the grounds is a little noisy and boisterous when the cruise ship staffers are there, but gets quiet before 10:00pm. All things considered, a fun place to stay and convenient to everything. 」
