There were dried water spots all over the counter and faucet. Bed mattress was also a little too hard for my tastes, but my mom thought hers was fine. She prefers a firm mattress, though. 「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

When I got there, the pool, hot tub and facilities were not available. I tried to find another hotel, but none was available.
