“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. “Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although I had a taxi pick me up just before 6am the staff member on the desk made me a quick cup of coffee. Thanks to you all!”
