The place was great. On point to the review online everything in place, clean, lots of free space for big families. Quiet and beautiful view. Amazing owners that helped us a lot in every way we needed. The only downside I think about is the mattress being quite old, older folks with back problems we had a hard time to sleep and wake up. Overall a great place.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Beautiful sight from the apartment balcony on Como lake. Quiet vicinity. Very good support by the owner daughter (Ilenia) while our stay in the apartment. 10 minutes by walk to the shop in the Cremia center. Very good location to start journeys to Como lake sight-seeings. The only thing I would improve is missing coat hanger in the hall. Note, the house, as many houses here, is located on the hill slope and to get there by car you have to go through many curves and sometimes the road is narrow.

Crémia est un endroit calme, à proximité de belles randonnées, proche de sites à découvrir, séjour agréable dans son ensemble. La location est conforme au descriptif ainsi qu'à mes attentes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, serviables, à l'écoute et de bon conseils. Je recommande.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und groß. Für eine Familie mit unterschiedlichsten Mitgliedern (Großeltern, Enkel, etc.) ideal. Es war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück mit Blick auf den See war fast täglich möglich und hat so einen optimalen Start in den Tag ermöglicht. Wanderungen haben wir direkt von der Wohnung aus machen können, was für uns ideal war. Die Vermieter waren nett zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Wir hatten einen entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Comer See entfernt und hat dort direkt einen Strand. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Gegend zum Erholen und Ausruhen. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour. Tres jolie maison spacieuse, bien agencé au clame avec vue sur la lac . Très bon accueil du propriétaire discret, avec une petite attention lors de notre arrivée . Bien desservie avec le bateaux et bus pour visiter les différents villages du lac ( possibilité de prendre le bateaux au village de d DONGO a 10min en voiture de cremia. Ou le bus en bas de cremia). Merci a ilena pour son accueil et pour ces renseignements.. je recommande vivement.

10 dagen in het mooie en ruime appartement mogen verblijven. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad! Leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving gemaakt. Het contact met Sirio en Ilenia is zeer goed. Ze zijn beide erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Gleich das beste Vorweg: Der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist geschmackssache. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, wer schnell mal zum See spazieren oder Restaurant fußläufig erreichen möchte sucht besser was anderes. Zum See läuft man gute 20-30 Minuten, mit dem Auto sindes gut und gern 5 Minuten und viele Kurven auf einer streckenweise Engen Straße (hört sich schlimmer an als es eigentlich ist). Die Wohnung an sich ist groß, gut ausgestattet, schön und sauber. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Und zu guter Letzt sind da noch Sirio und Ilenia, denen wir seh dankbar für den tollen Empfang ind die Tipps sind. Ilenia spricht sehr gut deutsch und wer ein paar Brocken Italienisch beherrscht kann sich mit Sirio auch sehr gut unterhalten. Danke euch beiden und bis bald! ;)

Wir waren zum 2. Mal bei Sirio und Ilenia zu Gast. Wir haben die Ruhe, den Blick, die ländliche ursprüngliche Umgebung, die Fußnähe zum nächsten Alimentari sehr genossen. Man kann vom Haus aus loswandern, die perfekte Lage um den ganzen See zu erkunden. Den Cappuchino, oder das Bierchen nach dem wandern genießt man nachmittags am besten in S. Vito direkt unterhalb... der beste Platz am See! Liebe Ilenia und Sirio, vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft, wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei euch und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Ilenia spricht sehr gut Deutsch & Englisch. An die etwas enge Zufahrtstraße haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Der Weg zu Fuß an den See ist wunderschön, aber (jedenfalls für uns mit kleinen Kindern) zu weit, um ihn regelmäßig zu gehen. Vom Haus aus kann man aber auch sonst schöne Spaziergänge machen. Die vier Balkone zu allen Seiten haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren!

Top Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und unsere Vermieter haben sich als sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit erwiesen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus auf der Anhöhe ist ein wenig schwierig (Serpentine und zum Teil sehr enge Stellen), man gewöhnt sich aber bald daran. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man auch gut zu Fuß zum See herunterwandern (Treppen, Steinpflaster - für Kinderwagen eher ungeeignet, da fährt man besser mit dem Auto runter). In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Wanderwege. Man gelangt über wunderschöne abgeschiedene Pfade auf die Anhöhen (ca. 1200 m) und wird mit einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick über den ganzen Comer-See belohnt. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Ilenia und Sirio empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen schönen Blick hinunter zum See. Balkone in verschiedene Himmelsrichtungen ermöglichen es zwischen Sonne und Schatten zu wählen, je nach Bedarf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt mit Balkonen in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Der Ausblick auf den comer see ist wirklich eine Wucht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Nur die Anfahrt ist ein kleines Abenteuer mit vielen Haarnadelkurven. Aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Bel et vaste appartement sur un niveau avec vue sur le lac, bien équipé. Très bonne disponibilité d'Ilenia avant et pendant le séjour. Nous suggérons d'améliorer un peu le revêtement du parking ainsi que le matelas de la chambre pièce côté montagne. A part ces petits détails, nous recommanderons cette location sans problème.
