「The hotel was clean and beautiful and rooms great size. The entertainment was unfortunately terrible apart from one guy who did the table tennis there was no active promotion of activities and the ones that did run weren’t set up well one member of staff just set up then sat on her phone and let the guests crack on One of the bar staff was totally rude and inappropriate giving underage teenagers shots even questioned my 13 year old why he didn’t want alcohol on holiday but it was only her all...

「liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around 」

「Tres bel hôtel avec un panorama merveilleux. Personnel du restaurant attentionné, buffets variés, chambre spacieuse toutefois logé au dessus du restaurant le bruit des chaises le matin et le soir est un gros point negatif. Pour la proximité des plages Bali n'est pas top..odeurs des égouts, plages bondées... Préférable de se rendre en direction de Reythymon et cela fait des kilomètres donc voiture indispensale」

「L’hôtel est très bien.Toutefois, des améliorations devraient être apportées pour améliorer le séjour: -changer les matelas qui ne sont vraiment pas confortables. -entretenir les chambres après 2-3 jours; -entretenir la piscine dans lequel nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner puisqu’elle était non convenable. Marco a toutefois été très gentil et a donné suite à nos demandes.」
