"The property is lovely, clean and well decorated and has everything you need. The only issue we had was with the next door neighbours gate banging which caused our dog to keep barking as she thought someone was at the door."

"Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay"

"We had a lovely stay in Newbiggin, the house was ideally located and handy for the beach local shops and the general area which we spent all weekend exploring! The house is exactly like the photos and was very clean and tidy when we stayed!"

"The house has been refurbished and is in excellent condition. New kitchen and bathroom with plenty of hot water, comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Only slight issue was, my mum in law is in her 80s and a stair rail would of helped her."
