「Excellent property, 5-10 minutes walk away fro the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish. 「Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. 「The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It’s compact but has just about everything you need. I knew I wanted to be in the Marais so this was perfect. Off a main drag but close to Metro stops & lots of bus options. It was very comfortable. I would have liked an English language TV station & a couple of additional kitchen items (e.g. pot holders, a skillet & a pan with a lid) but these are not deal breakers. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable & in a great location. I would stay there again.」

「In an absolutely amazing location in the 7th.Short walk to the Eiffel Tower for amazing picnics every night. Steps away from artisan boulangerie, fromagerie and Chocolate shop.Down the street from a nice supermarket and close to a metro stop, so all of Paris was at our fingertips,We absolutely loved our time.The balcony was great and the apartment as a whole was ample space for my wife and our two young kids (6 & 8). 「The location was a FANTASTIC base for our trip to Paris. We didn’t know it when we booked but we were right in the middle of the Pride celebration. We were so happy with the property, the location, and the host. We were there during a heat wave and the Air Con wasn’t able to keep up (no surprise) but opening the large windows and turning on the ceiling fans were sufficient. This will be our chosen location on our next trip. 」
