「when we checked in on the first day, we had to request hairdryer and boiler from the front desk. No shampoo in the bathroom until the 3rd day, due to the miss-communication between front desk and cleaning staff. Very cold air conditioner, but very quiet during evening. When we asked for insect spray, the owner, Mr. Frederic, rudely said: “This is not a five-star hotel; you’re being too demanding.” The room was dirty — stained sheets, weak shower pressure, an old A/C that barely worked, and a filthy minibar. 「The room met all expectations, the property was as pictured and advertised. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only small disappointment was ordering cocktails from the on-site bar: the staff were unable to make any of the drinks we ordered even though the drinks were on their menu.
