“The Rock was a beautiful place. Staff was amazing and the place itself is beautiful. We stayed in the ocean front villa, which is actually three separate “rooms”. A kitchen - stove, fridge, toaster and toaster oven, kettle, etc, with place to sit to eat and a toilet. Then two separate suites for sleeping etc. We were two couples, so perfect for us. Pool is amazing and there’s a nice shady room right off the pool to get out of the sun. Beach is pretty, but not a swimming beach. When the tide……

“I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Massaman curry (one of the main courses of the complimentary dinner) was served with loads of oil. Reception staff were unfriendly (both the male manager on night shift and the female one on……

“You can’t go wrong with this hotel clean stylish great rooms all like the photos. Nice pool right on the seafront in a small bay. 300 that taxi into lamai but free bus down until 7pm. I didn’t try the local area as there were so many place in the main town. Reception staff were always lovely and welcoming”

“Near Beach and swimming pool, Good Breakfast and Service. Every room has place for hanging our wet clothes. They even offered us a free shower room after check out so that we can still enjoy the beach. The Thai Massage by Beach is Excellent!! Lamai Beach is less crowed as Chaweng. I found this place relaxing.”

“L endroit est top à Lamai tout à pied et surtout hotel donne sur la plage avec deux belles piscines et au calme . Les points forts grande chambre propre nous étions au deuxieme etages dans les feuilles de palmiers et dernier etage avec balcon on ne voit pas les voisins en face. Tres grand lit 5 nuits hyper confort. Salle de douche peu surprendre mais finalement sympa .wc dans salle d eau et douche coule par terre mais sympa facile .decoration de type marbre assez foncé mais propre. Les deux……
