"Beluga hotel in Koh Samui is of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and we had an incredible experience. The location is beautiful and right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and made us feel so welcome and accommodated. "We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property."

"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around. Negatives about our stay were more memorable than the positives unfortunately.. although the rooms themselves are well soundproofed, upon hanging the doors, they...
