Victoria Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre Hotels

"Great location, walkable to great shops and restaurants in the Inner Harbor and Government St. Kind, welcoming, helpful staff. Love the relaxing atmosphere when you walk in the main lobby area and the koi pond inside surrounded by plants is really lovely. Room was very clean and spacious and the kitchenette had all the needed essentials for cooking (or heating up) a simple meal. Our room was rather warm (even with the heat turned all the way down so it wouldn’t switch on), so we very much appreciated that there were Dyson tower fans in the bedroom and living area and windows that we could crack open for fresh air. Definitely will look at staying here again next time we’re in town."

"The Arbutus Inn was a great place to stay for me. I had booked last minute and was very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was. The initial greeting during registering was very professional and welcoming thanks to "Josh" at the desk. The entire building is well laid out, clean, newly renovated for the most part (some renovations were going on outside my room but during the day and not disruptive - wiring upgrades). The cleanliness was on immaculate level. Parking was a breeze and I felt very secure in that area with the lighting and outdoor security cameras. I was there for a couple of nights and the items in the box of my truck were never disturbed. Would highly recommend the rooms with the bathtubs. The soaker tub was amazing. Check out the pictures for context. They only have a few rooms with this addition. After I checked out, I realized I had left alot of items in the freezer/fridge (very handy to have) and phoned the front desk. "Lise" collected it for me and had it waiting very shortly after I had called. Staff here is exceptional. Hands down. Beds comfortable and linens on the higher end. "

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. They allowed me to check-in early and gave me an upgrade. The location is right at the centre of all the action. Restaurants, bars, shops. There was a lot of city noise though. Vehicles, construction, drunk people late at night. Im used to sounds of a big city so I wasnt bothered but it might not be for everyone."

"We travel to Victoria often and the Rialto is our top hotel choice for style + value. The rooms are nicely appointed and always spotless. The staff are fantastic and accommodating. It is a great location for heading out for cocktails (the Palms is fantastic!) and there are many excellent restaurants nearby that you can walk to in just minutes. Highly recommend. "
