“It was such an amazing experience. They made me feel welcome from the start with complementary cookies. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was beautiful. I will definitely come back!”

“only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.”

“The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.”

“職員友善，客房整潔舒適，酒店地處位置優越，很多景點都步行可致。”

“各方面都滿意”

“Many thanks to the inner keepers. we had a great time staying at this inn. It's clean, and coveniently close to every place which we need to visit on the trip.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Amethyst Inn for the Victoria Marathon weekend. Staying in a historic Victorian mansion added such a unique and relaxing charm to the trip. One of my biggest worries when traveling for a race is logistics, but the free forecourt parking made parking completely seamless and stress-free. The daily breakfast throughout my stay was absolutely exceptional—delicious, hearty, and served beautifully. What truly blew me away, however, was the incredible staff. When I……

“The worst hotel I had ever been! What we saw after enter the room was all the windows were opened without insect screen mesh so our room was full of flys, big bugs and their dead bodies. We reported it to the front desk immediately and proposed to switch another room. He suggested to refresh the room again as the hotel was fully booked. After around 30 minutes, we accessed to the room again. There were some small flys but we thought it was acceptable as we have no choice. However at 9:30pm,……

“Everything is Ok ”

“The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and scenic spots are within walking distance.”

“Very noisy!!!”

“Hotel Rialto is in downtown Victoria. The hotel, room and staff were good. The issue I had was outside the hotel. The parking garage was really clean and seems new. The only issue there was that there was no elevator and I had to carry the baby stroller up a flight of stairs. I think the location isn’t the most convenient for families with young children requiring strollers but is certainly fantastic for adults. The establishment was good overall and had a warm and fun environment……

“Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.”
