“I can't say enough good about The staff and amenities at Casa Nicole! I was there with my 2 children during the cartel violence. The General Manager & main doorman treated us so well. They made sure we were safe, and had food. They fed us when they fed their staff, when nothing else was open. They checked on us and helped us safely get to the airport. I will never stay anywhere else and I am forever grateful for how they looked out for us in a crisis situation! May God Bless them.”

“Garlands del Rio is a charming boutique hotel. It is their people that stand out and keep people coming back. Martha, Rico and Ivan are all exceptional.
The hotel itself is very nice, clean and convenient to everything in the Zona Romantica. We were there during the cartel violence and the hotel staff kept us safe and secure. They did their best under extremely difficult situations.

The staff were great, a big shout out to the staff for feeding us on the roof kitchen, it was the best rice and beans ever!
