「We spent two nights in Cuenca to visit one of our workers and while there stayed in the Casa Ordonez. We stayed there because the reviews were so good. We were impressed by the friendliness of the owner and his staff. They were quick to meet all our needs, put us in a better room the second night, arranged tours for us and we just appreciated them so much. Breakfast was very good and different every day! 」

「La decoración es linda, estilo colonial. El wifi no llegaba a mi habitacion ni el servicio de celular, por lo que la cobertura wifi es deficiente. Las habitaciones estan alrededor de un patio interno donde esta el.restaurante, por lo que puede llegar a ser molestoso ésto. La comida del restaurante muy rica. 」

「Friendly, clean, quiet, and an excellent location. We stayed in an upstairs room that was basic, but charming, and everything worked. Difficult to park outside for check in. 」

「This is a lovely property. The only complaint about the facilities is the towels were threadbare and fraying and the sheets thin. The location is excellent. All the historic area sites are within walking distance and there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pâtisseries on every block. We booked 4 nights though unfortunately they relocated us to another NASS hotel the first night...said our room needed repair. The explanation was a bit fishy. Then there was a mix up with billing on...

「a little older property but fairly well kept up. Balcony like 2 foot wide and no seating. Staff was very accomodating, we were informed upon check in that all the facilities were to be closed the next day and we of course were disappointed. Later that day we were informed that they would keep the facilities open for us !」
