Resteraunt was extremely slow. Was only person there at start of almost an hour wait for a burger. Hot water was an issue on one day in morning. Need more English speaking associates. Average hotel otherwise good for a day stop.

The hotel was nice, clean, and had a great breakfast all for an affordable price. But the major problem was an open air bar across the street that had live music blaring until 3am! There was nos escaping the sound. I wouldn’t stay there again unless the music is gone. It’s unfortunate as it is no fault og the hotel.

The toilet stopped flushing. Was able to covey this to the front desk lady. She used translator in phone to understand the problem since we don’t speak Portugese and she doesn’t speak English. She understood the problem and was going to take care of it.👍

It is a gateway to Pantanal. But it has no water dispenser for refilling drinking water. I travel with minimal plastic waste. And after pressing the issue to the reception. He brought me down to the parking level where there is a water dispenser for employees to use. Please talk to the hotel manager and put pressure to him to be more eco friendly. Imagine thousands of plastic bottles could be saved from landfill. Please understand Plastic Recycling is a Big Lie. And Plastic Recycling is a polluted business as well. That is why most rich countries shopped their plastic trash to poorer countries instead of dealing with them in our own backyard.
