“乾淨客房，備品齊全。設備新穎，公設完善，可惜沒提供微波爐。員工服務態度良好，高樓層視野很棒，電視可觀看多種頻道，第一次入住還免費升等客房，有很棒的住宿體驗。 可惜住宿地點一樓大廳無實體24小時服務櫃檯，全靠what's app連繫服務人員。房間只提供一張房卡，半夜忘帶鑰匙、手機出門，無法在第一時間找到飯店服務人員解決，花了很多時間才回到房間休息。”

“Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.”

“Spacious apartment, very well equipped, and a very responsive service team. 50 meters from the KSL City Mall which offers a good choice of food and the Lotus Supermarket therein surely adds to the convenience.”

“The rooms are nice. View to singapore also good. Clean and comfortable. The owner said cannot find my phone#, it’s ?? The booking platform seems not good recently. One bath room only. All facility good.”

“The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted.”
