"Nice hotel. Clean room. "

"Basic room with two super single beds. Traffic jam was bad outside the highway, turning into the small road took 15min and it jamemed until late at night, can see from my room. Hotel is just opposite Giant Hypermart and Mr Diy. Location is not bad if you drive. Never explore the area as it rained at night. Given two rooms side by side. One room has a window handle broken, so cannot close tightly and traffic noise was terrible. The Aircon looked old but working well. No bathtubs, only basic showering facilities. Surprised to have Netflix but only realized after breakfast before check-out. Buffet was nice at SkyView restaurant. Enjoyed the view of the area. At night, surprised to see firework in front of us, as the shophouse below put up firework. Nice rooftop swimming pool with very nice 360 degree view. Feels like MBS. Free car parking with plenty of lots but very narrow carpark. Stayed for a night only as wife was not feeling well can could not withstand the few hours jam back to Singapore. Paid about less than $9 SGD in total for two Deluxe room (1 for my 3 kids 6,9 and 11 years old) after deducting the points in Expedia app. Thank you Expedia. Will visit again next time if we need a hotel in JB. "

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Customer service are great, very friendly front desk and even cleaners at our level. The morning breakfast is impressive in terms of spread. Most Asian cuisine can be found and western too. The only draw back is its location, a bit far away from shopping malls. "

"24hr makan spot just opposite . Bit disappointed that the room was only ready at 5pm though checkin is from 3pm. And this was not communicated by the staff beforehand thougg we had messaged them a day before "

"Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. The room was beautifully designed especially the children's double deck bed and bathtub area. My kids loved it. We also got a complimentary bfast at the lounge the nx morning. Requested for a late check out but as the suite was quite limited, it was not possible. However, the hotel kindly offered a spare hotel room for an additional 2hrs hours to use for free as my son had his zoom online tuition class. I really appreciated this as the rest of the family could still rest while my son was having his class. Once the attached mall is open downstairs, I'm sure Sheraton JB will be more popular among Singaporeans since it's also near to the CIQ. "
