"We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels but nothing compares to the hospitality and service you get in India. Hat’s off to all the staff at mostly all Hotels. The breakfast teams were great and so was the dinner buffet and staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hope to come again to Goa and stay once more in the Sea face rooms!"

Not everyone’s names are known but the accommodation manager Sylvester was exceptionally helpful as was Lita at Check out and hotel management. Pool is very nice as is the beach. WiFi can be difficult to connect to but once connected is very good. There are two restaurants, one North Indian and a larger restaurant where breakfasts and dinner are served. Food is good in both though waiting times in the Seagull restaurant can be long. If going for breakfast I would recommend going in the earlier hours to get a table quickly. Spa is good and the people are friendly. It is a very good location for families with small children and it is very clean. Good value for money and highly recommended."
