I was upfront with the host that I planned to celebrate my 60th birthday with family, many of whom live in the area.The event began at 2:00 PM, and by 3:30 PM, the police arrived, citing the music as too loud. This was surprising given the early hour and the property’s representation as suitable for events. The day before the celebration, we were also awakened early by construction work next door, which continued……
