Booked 2 days with hotels.com but when I arrived and showed my booking the receptionists said they cannot find my booking. They kept our passports and the booking printout but refused to phone hotels.com. I said I don't have phone for make distant call to HK and the receptionist said they can't make neither. I said it's illegal to keep our passports and the next day they gave back on condition that we pay the deposit of USD81. Finally I had to contact my family who helped me to phone directly to hotels.com several times as they don't have people to attend the phone at night. I never felt so angry with a hotel. The receptionist is not helpful at all.我給前台我預訂記錄但她說找不到我的預訂,收了我們護照及預訂紙卻拒絕致電hotels.com,讓我自己聯繫(即使我說我不能打長途),完全沒有幫忙找出問題所在,我告訴她她扣留我的護照是違法的,翌日她給回護照但收取81美元的按金。最後我要家人致電多次hotels.com才處理到,因為晚上致電沒人接聽。
