Hotel highly rated which is why I picked it. But I just did not love it. The room was nice. Breakfast buffet was subpar, with food from the day before recycled into another 3 days. I just ate cooked to order eggs and white toast. Very little fruit. Old coffee in pot which never had much in it and was cold ish . I was told I could not take my coffee cup from breakfast down to my room to finish- yet there were cups just like it already in the room near the kettle. Over all just did not like vibe. They seemed to always be staring at me, almost suspicious. Maybe they are off their game in winter off season but the reality here did not match previous reviews. Also very important for older travelers, to get inside, there is a very step stair case. And this gonna sound disgusting, but twice while I was waiting for a Grab, the largest rat I ever saw ran out of lower parking area under the building and across the lower step. Moved on!
