「The apartment was beautiful!! Clean, decorated lovely and functional. The bathrobes provided were an extra nice. The location was just perfect. We went to breakfast about a quarter of a mile away. Quiet, tucked away by the Holyrood house gardens, it was the perfect place to stay.」

「I can see the beautiful scenery of castle in the apartment. But it is quite exhausting for walking up to 4th floor with heavy luggage. Overall, we like this apartment.」

「Amazing little property,communication fantastic! I stayed here the night prior to my wedding. On arrival,i was welcomed with a lovey card wishing me well for my wedding day and a lovely box of chocolates. The room which is open planned had a double bed which was very comfortable. The shower was fab and powerful. And shampoo and body wash was provided. We were surprised to see all the highland cows in the morning, which was lovely..over all i would definately return . 」

「Absolutely loved staying at 24 Royal Terrace! Felt so welcome as soon as we arrived by the friendly staff/ hotel manager Jonathon. Rooms are great with a peaceful garden/ countryside view. Hotel itself is really nice with loads of character. Breakfast with unlimited coffee both mornings was also great. Will be back!! :)」

「The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly and there was a nice selection of snacks and breakfast items in our room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the bar was good too. Our only complaint was that there was no WIFI for our entire stay which made it difficult for planning some activities due to the fact everything is booked online these days. 」

「Location Location Location … beautiful place close to everything:) Very clean and comfortable. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment (4 adults) and was perfect. Kitchen annex had everything we needed. Highly recommended. 」

「Hotel is lovely although it looks a little shabby in places. Our room was excellent - lovely furnishings and very comfortable bed. Disappointed to find on arrival that the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, but a friendly local couple recommended the Waterside Bistro in Haddington which was fantastic. 」

「The location is far away central and we were busy for that day.We had to re-locate our luggage at the bus station due to we had an one day tour for the next day morning but the guest house was closed. So the total price is higher than live in central. And the feelings by is not very well.」
