First of 2 nights there was a 1st floor party that was loud but didn’t go too late. Balance of stay - no issues. Room was clean with no apparent deferred maintenance. Parking lot well lit at night. Noise from nearby I-35 constant but not unreasonable ( more background). Overall, stay was good.

The staff were extremely kind, personable and gracious hosts, from the cleaning crew to the front desk manager Carlos. It was by far one of the cleanest and well kept properties we have stayed at. Best Western Plus will certainly have our business from here forward.

I recently stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. Room & Comfort: The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a busy day. Service: The front desk staff were welcoming, polite, and made the check-in and check-out process quick and seamless. Overall, it was a fantastic, hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it for a short trip and would happily stay here again!

On arrival, hotel receptionist couldn't find our reservation, but she and the manager searched until they found it in Expedia's system - an error prevented the booking from being sent. Even though they didn't have our reservation, they got us the same room type (double queen / allergy friendly) that we reserved through expedia. That's what we call service above and beyond expectations!
