We left immediately after we found cockroaches in our room. The place smelled horrible and the room smelled very strongly of cleaning solutions. Will not recommend. You get what you paid for, but cockroaches....? Really?

Broken door to bathroom and was not able to close. Roach in the bathroom. Tub area was not clean. Booked a king room and was given a room with two beds. It was too late in the night to move and ask for a refund.

My room wasn’t ready when I got there and the lady said that it hadn’t been cleaned yet and it would be an hour until I could check in. Luckily, she got to move me to a room that would be done in thirty minutes. I had an event I had to rush to so I didn’t get to check in until later that night. Got into the room and the top lock on the door was broken. The door to the bedroom didn’t even close. They didn’t leave us any towels except two hand towels and one slightly bigger towel. No bath towels. I did not feel safe here.
