"The property location was beautiful, but the property needs an upgrade. Only one elevator works, and was td the 2nd hasn't worked for 3 years. The 2nd elevator went down for about 24 hours and and was told by maintenance that was normal. The unit we stayed in was nice, and clean, but might need a bit of a remodel. A beachy vibe would have been nice. Any maintenance issues we had with a tub not draining, or sink not draining was attended to quickly."

"This condo is super cute, updated and comfortable. It is small- I would not exceed 2 adults and potentially 1-2 very young children. Balcony is ample for 2-4. The complex is nice but definitely dated on the exterior and no elevator nor in unit laundry (laundromat is on site). The layout of the complex is not ideal with the parking lot between the units and the beach- interrupting the otherwise magnificent views. We visited in the fall which was peaceful and quiet.
