"Room was spotless and staff friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is the main room door is not easy to open once inside. We had an incident in the past when we had to call maintenance and we could not get out of the room. It’s panic provoking when you feel trapped inside. It was quickly rectified at the time but we still found the door uneasy to open. "

"We stayed here New Year’s Eve and the place was perfect. Exactly what we all needed as a group celebrating the new year arrival. The staff at Old Stone inn were amazing, accommodating , and very helpful. We owe the staff and management a huge thank you for the most amazing visit. "

"We stay here at least once a year every year for the past 7 years. We actually love the hotel for its location and it’s over all comfort. We started going here before they renovated, and have watched them grow. This year we came back and the restaurant is open for breakfast, we tried it, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unless you like frozen everything, from pancakes right down to the veggies in the omelette and canned mushrooms. The breakfast is a menu style or they have a buffet option at $17.99, which you can go to Al Mac or Country Chalet for $12.99 buffet…. And they probably don’t sell frozen everything…We didn’t have a chance to check out the pool, but we saw a lot of people using it. Overall, we actually love this hotel. (Minus the restaurant) We will always resort back to the Vittoria hotel for our annual Niagara getaway. "
