“A mixed stay, initial check in was slow and lacked any enthusiasm which often sets the tone for the stay. Upon entering our room it hadn't been set up correctly, I.e. 2 adults and one child. No bed set up for child. I rang reception and received no answer. So went back down and was told that when someone was available the room would be sorted. We went down for a drink in the bar and when we returned, nothing had changed. We relaxed for a while and watched some TV but the remote wouldn't change……

“Convenient location, clean hotel & room, good parking and comfy bed”

“the staff were polite , friendly and went the extra mile”

“近Dartford火車站，整潔，包早餐，酒店內又是酒吧又是酒店是古舊英式的有特色。員工很親切。 市內有一間土耳其燒烤餐廳SEDIR, 鄰近可座96巴士或火車到大型商埸Bluewater (藍水商場)。”

“Hotel room is spacious, with air conditioning and carpark.”

“Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel”

“Would never stay at this hotel again. Room very basic. Check in process was appalling. We were outside the hotel for ages. Apparently they had been trying to call us back had the wrong number. We had paid in full for the room and were then advised they wanted a £350 damage deposit. The conditions stated this option was for extremely careful travellers. The other option was to pay a one off payment of £40. This felt like extortion and we felt we had no choice given we had been outside for……

“The room was large and clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was good quality. Although we were able to sleep, the mattress was poor as there was a large dip in one side.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!”

“We had a lovely stay. The host was very detailed in our check in process. Our only small concern was that the studio did not have a window only 2 French doors out to the patio. It was very hot conditions so it made sleeping slightly uncomfortable due to no AC. Otherwise it meant our all our needs and expectations.”

“Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford.”
