Phase 1 (North, Northeast) which includes our Unit is done as far as major work but a master bedroom window will be replaced at a later time. So, please, if booking in that time frame (now to early 2027), you understand and agree with potential work, noise in our building. Also, know that the rates applied already include a discount.

If checking late after 10pm we’ll charge an additional fee of $75 from 10:01 Pm to 11 Pm and $100 from 11:01 pm to 7:00 Am.
