"Worst bed I’ve slept on. Room 409. Bed has a massive sinkhole in it. It needs to be replaced. I will not be staying here again"

"We loved the opportunity to swim outdoors?after a day of skiing. Our room was well equipped and comfortable. The only complaint was there was no breadknife and the knives that were there were incredibly dull. We loved pur stay and will definitely be back! "

"This hotel is perfect if you went skiing and need to relax afterwards. The spa facilities are clean and well kept. Customers have to pay an extra fee to use these facilities. The gym was disappointing—it was small and not well equipped. The food and service was excellent at all the restaurants that it has to offer. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold and didn’t get a proper tour of our room and the texting service did not work. I felt the staff could go further to accommodate the customers. "

"We had the best week stay at Brewsters Mountain lodge! The rooms were beautiful, the view from the balcony was incredible and the bed was so comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre of downtown Banff which was great for shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! "

"The room was clean, however the key cards are very finicky, sometimes it won’t work. Also, we we’re really looking forward for the waterpark but their hours is not reasonable. They closed at 9pm so if you’re still roaming around the town you won’t be able to go to the pool at night and in the next day they open super late like 2:30pm. We just hope that we we’re able to do the waterpark before checking out."
