「We really enjoyed this rental. The location is great! There is plenty of room and still retains the tiny house feel. The kitchen pantry is stocked with coffee and necessary condiments. They have quality appliances. The screened in porch is great! It is clean and well kept. Check-in was easy and flawless. My 6 yr old caught several fish and they had a good selection of board games. 」

「The “glamping” tent was awesome! We loved being in the woods without the work of camping. The bathroom a short walk away was very nice with great showers! The hostess responded quickly to our questions and offered unlimited wood for a campfire and coffee and fresh eggs for breakfast. It’s also close to waterfalls and hiking in the Cumberland Plateau. We’ll definitely stay here again! 」

「This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention.」

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the chickens and rooster that have free roam of the property. For a vacation destination, I really do not want to be awakened at sunrise by a rooster crowing under the dome. 「We enjoyed our stay at this quiet spot. We kayaked the lake without disturbances and only saw a handful of other people on the water. But be prepared to get muddy on your way down into the water. We enjoyed the provided firewood and fire pit area and having somewhere clean and cozy to sleep. The provided coffee and snacks were awesome. Would definitely come back! Thank you!」
