"Friendly staff, clean property."

"Extremely clean room, worth every penny! Beautiful hotel decor. The spa tub was just what I needed. The views were exceptional. I could see Independence Square, The Liberty Center and Liberty Bell from my window. Just outside of the hotel was The National Constitution Hall. Friendly staff. Valet was super nice! The wine hour was a nice touch. The Red Owl Tavern onsite was perfect. The drinks were delicious and the food was good! Very convenient. The Stratus rooftop was nice, but was out of season so not too much of a crowd but I’ll certainly be back! If I’m ever in Philly, this is where I am staying. "

"While we stayed there for one night for a concert it was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We arrived at 3pm, a young man checked us in we went to our room dropped all of our stuff off and left around 5pm for the concert. When we arrived back at 11:50pm we could not enter our room since our key cards weren’t working. We went back down stairs to find out the same gentleman who gave us our room also PUT ANOTHER PERSON IN IT. The individuals luckily were nice and honest people. I left my purse and all my belongings in my room and so did my significant other including his wallet with the assumption that our stuff is safe in our hotel room. Guess not, these other people went into our room with a key card given to them by the hotel staff and turned around went back down stairs and advised the staff of the situation. Had it been someone else they could have stolen all of our stuff! There was no heat no matter how much we turned the heat up and our key cards stopped working multiple times so we had to go back down and get new ones. Will never ever stay at these hotels again. Terrible. "

"The room had a bad smell and the sofa coach had tons of cheetos and weird stains so we didn’t use it. We couldn’t sleep because of strong noises that were apparently other rooms showers."

"Excellent stay. Very clean. Breakfast was ok, not great (despite crowds, eggs and sausage cool to cold. Yoghurt and toppings good). Espresso 24/7 very nice. A-ok overall."
