Perfect location for us
With children in the area, this is a perfect place for us. and with a "kids" bedroom, we easily have sleep overs with our grandchildren.
Excellent place, very high end appliances and a great location on Tennyson.

Bed is awesome. Room/kitchen has all you need. We were able to bring our small well behaved crated dog and use the park right across the street for walks.

Lovely stay
This is a beautiful apartment in a really cool area of town. Everything in the apartment is new, clean and fresh! Comfortable beds, high end appliances, garage parking, and a nice balcony. Bakery Four in right below the apartment and is a must visit during your stay. Our family of four enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Perfect place for a family vacation
My husband and our two boys, ages 3 and 9 stayed at this perfect condo for 4 nights. Everything was as shown in the pictures. Super clean with the most comfortable beds. We loved the rooftop patio so we could enjoy the view of the mountains anytime that we wanted. Perfect location close to downtown, but also the cutest shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to Denver!

Great Location in Berkeley Neighborhood of Denver
Clean, great building and condo in good location on Tennyson St in Berkeley neighborhood. Walk to shops, restaurants, and market. Visited in June during hot spell so had the windows open at times and it was a bit noisy at night. Owner's easy to communicate with and helpful. Would most likely return.
