Perfect location for our needs. Clean, with plenty of space for your family to spread out. Two excellent restaurants around the corner (Zaidy’s Deli, Morning Story). Good size yard for the dogs. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great getaway

Great location with easy access. Having a host provide the necessities upon arrival was super helpful and much appreciated. The office space was great and there was plenty to do to keep the whole family entertained.

Great house near everything!

This was a great place to stay for myself, son, daughter and dog. The house was clean and ready to use. Large backyard for the kids and dog. Very comfortable beds and Bryan is amazing getting back to you. I highly recommend it!

Quiet Spot

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to everything in Denver. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The doggos loved the backyard and we enjoyed the house.

The property was perfect for our family while we were in town for my son’s graduation. We had older folks and college age kids with us. The house looks newly renovated. The sitting areas were very comfortable and great for gathering together as a family. The kitchen was very well outfitted for a rental. I feel like there were a lot of little extras including shampoo, paper towels, etc. The description and pictures are accurate. We had no issues but I feel like our host would have been very attentive if needed.

Perfect for a Family Get Together

We came to Denver for our daughter’s college graduation and stayed at the Cherry Creek Retreat with other family from out of town. What a lovely house! The house is exactly like the photos online. The set up was perfect for family dinners and afforded everyone their own privacy. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect stay near Cherry Creek

Great stay in this amazing 4-bedroom house! The spacious layout easily accommodates a number of guests or a full family, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, being so close to Cherry Creek. We loved exploring the area during our downtime and enjoyed all the great things it offers. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The backyard was a delightful addition, providing a tranquil space to unwind at the end of the day. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Denver, I highly recommend this stay.

Cozy and Comfortable in Denver

We enjoyed our time at this property. My husband, mother and small dog were in Denver to visit our son who lives in Cherry Creek. This house was five minutes away and couldn’t have been better. A cute and cozy property, with large back yard, office, and comfortably finished basement provided the right amount of space for our needs-in a quiet neighborhood near bike trails, which we loved, and close by to where we wanted to be with easy access to many Denver area destinations. The hosts were very accommodating and checked in as well. A great trip and a great stay.

Cute home with lots of space

The home was adorable and set up perfectly for our family and our needs. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were less than clean and had someone’s clothes in the guest bath. I tried texting, emailing and calling the host with no response.

Cherry Creek

We had problems with the TVs and the dishwasher, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The host said he'd get back to us on the TV issue, and although a Roku was left on the doorstep, he did not instruct us on how to use it or which TV to use it on.

Bed Bugs

Location was great and house had enough space for 6 adults. Outdoor space was nice, covered and uncovered option. We had to run out on our 2 day vacation to get paper products which was disappointing. The house appeared dirty when we arrived, surfaces were not wiped down. Most importantly, two of our guests woke up with bed bug bites and when striping the sheets could visibility see the bugs.

Very nice property

We have used VRBO since they started. The last few years have seen some properties that should not have been rented. This is not one of those. This is an older home that has been renovated and cared for. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a park and walking/running/biking trails. Basement has 2 bedrooms and one bath, laundry, and living room. Main floor 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Back yard was a nice place to relax. Kitchen well equipped. We would stay here again.

House was as billed with lots of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, excellent location. Large yard with patio. The only issue was that the house was not cleaned or ready for us by check in time. Luckily we arrived to check out the house before our other 4 family members arrived. In addition, we were not informed that there was an activated alarm on the house that sounded when we entered. After several calls to the property manager, the issues were resolved and we were able to check in by 9 pm.

Amazing

My family decided to stay in Denver for a couple of nights before heading up to Keystone for spring break. We chose Cherry Creek Retreat because it was right in the middle of Denver, so not far from most things. The house was deceptively large. All the kids had their own room and space. We relaxed as a family in the downstairs family room watching some sports. My son play Fortnite on the Xbox. We were able to relax and chill at the house before we left to the mountains. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We could have stayed for a week there. The location is amazing, it is right by everything. Cherry Creek Mall is like 1-2 miles away. Can't wait to get back there.
