「The view was wonderful; however we had lukewarm water in the shower, the fireplace unit didn’t work and another guest kept smoking on the balcony- so every time we went to sit on the balcony, it smelled like cigarettes. 「As usual we got a room with a beautiful view, the room itself was well equipped with a full kitchen. However, the fireplace didn't work and although the staff responded right away with new batteries for the fireplace remote that didn't fix the problem. They were sympathetic and took 10% off of the cost of the room, but I'd have much rather have had a working fireplace.
