“Clean, tidy and great location!”

“Beautifully decorated and equipped. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. It’s an older home but beautifully maintained! Large backyard that our dog enjoyed. Quick response from Hilary when needed. Would definitely come back!”

“I didnt think to ask if this rental was senior friendly and it isnt. It was gre a t in every way but that. No step railings, no grab bars in shower, entry gate latch was un friendly. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with basics. We had no time for a soak in the hot tub. I think they are well priced and a good value.”

“We rented this home for a family gathering, choosing it for the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and open layout. For our group of 10, the space itself worked well and allowed everyone to gather comfortably.The interior was generally clean on arrival, including most bedding and linens. We had no issues with heating, cooling, or TVs—all worked as expected.That being said, there were several concerns that future guests should be aware of. The exterior was poorly maintained: the yard was overgrown……

“We were visiting Spokane for PNQ volleyball tournament and we played at the podium so the location was very convenient to drive to. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only negative thing I can say is there were shady looking Individuals coming in and out of a house (just one house over) all day long, very suspicious for drug house. The police showed up to that house 2 times during our stay. It put us on edge a little bit but we were thankful the rental had cameras just……

“Our stay at the Billeken Inn was fabulous. What a cute and charming place. Rochelle was wonderful about communicating instructions and answering questions. The parking was easy and access to the unit simple. She has the place beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, and she really thought if everything you might need for your stay. I can’t think of anything that was missing. Everything was beautifully done. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope we can stay……

“Kitchen was minimally equipped but had what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. It is an older building and could be maintained maybe a little better. But it suited our needs. Parking is okay. I did have to contact the owner to have them clear the spot designated for our unit but it only took five minutes. It had limited sources for heat so it was a bit chilly at first. For the price it was a good value. ”
