“fantastic stay. the property was in the middle of a purchase and there were multiple staff and internal changes occurring. the current staff were amazing. they went above and beyond their duties for the hotel customers. i am extremely grateful for Cindy at the front desk and the beautiful hardworking bartender at the restaurant who was finishing up nursing school. They both should receive the highest pay increase possible as your purchase transition would not be capable without them. ”

“It's in an industrial area, Amazon is next door. The neighborhood is not offensive, just not whar I was expecting. All's good, just a few minutes from the airport which is what I was after.”

“This is a lovely and new hotel in downtown Spokane! I stayed 2 nights while on the business trip. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable! The hotel sits at the intersection with the gates around, so pretty safe. Best to go dining outside of the downtown. Andrea from Toronto. ”
