“What a treat to stay among the trees. This property had everything - views, comfort, and plenty of room.We all had a fabulous time watching sunsets from the balcony/deck. Hanging around as a family in the main room. Listening to the waterfall and watching birds fly by.It was a wonderful stay, we had everything we needed, if not more.”

The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”

We especially appreciated how well organized everything was—from the initial communication with clear, helpful information, to the labeled cabinets, to the detailed checkout instructions.Logan was extremely responsive throughout our stay. When we had an issue with the coffee machine, he quickly ordered a replacement that arrived within the hour and even included coffee……
